Our meetings are held in the Old Barn Hall, Church Road, Bookham, KT23 3PQ on the 4th Tuesday of the month (except June, when its the 3rd Tuesday due to village week). Doors open at 6.45pm for light refreshments prior to the lecture at 7.30pm. There are no meetings in August or December, although we do have a daytime 'Christmas Lunch & Speaker' at a additional cost.

Members may bring visitors but are asked to liase with the Membership Secretary to ensure places are available. They may not bring the same visitor more than three times a year.   The visitor fee is £7 per meeting.

If you know that you will be unable to attend a particular meeting please inform the Membership Secretary so your place may be offered to a visitor.
